The African Episcopal Church of Saint Thomas Gospel Choir engages the listener with various styles of Gospel. Contemporary and Christian music that reach out to men and women of all ages and backgrounds. The diversity of their director, Mr. Blocker, is evident from the spiritually moving song “Thank You” to the sound of the old style, foot tapping “I’ve Got to Praise His Name” as well as in the contemporary Gospel sound of “You’re Never Alone.” The unique styles, sounds and powerful ministry have been heard in churches, halls and synagogues along the East Coast, and as far as Costa Rica. Join us for a thrilling evening for your own inspiration and for the benefit of our scholarship program.
