The Upper School Handbell Choir is an auditioned group of advanced ringers, open to any experienced student in grades 9 through 12. The ensemble is made up of thirteen ringers who ring five octaves of handbells and five octaves of handchimes. This year the Upper School Handbell Choir meets on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 7:30 to 8:15 AM in the Middle School Music Room. Playing both transcriptions and original handbell compositions, the group performs in three concerts per year: the December Holiday Concert, the All-School Concert, and the Spring Concert. In addition, the Upper School Handbell Choir plays in at least one all-school assembly per year.
