Event Recap: Alumni Reception in Washington D.C. Head of School, Steve Piltch, History Teacher, George Wrangham, and Alumni Director, Ashley Reichenbach, were joined by other Shipley staff members to mingle with alumni living in the Nation’s Capital. The school year’s last alumni reception was a great success, with an outstanding turnout and lots of fun had by all.
Alumni of all ages—from the Class of ’48 through ’00—were present in Washington D.C.’s Restaurant Nora to share memories and catch up on life post-Shipley. Old friends reunited and new connections were made while guests enjoyed cocktails and organic hors d'oeuvres.
