Letter from Steve Piltch
“‘It’s always wonderful coming back, isn’t it?’ That was the query from my wonderful assistant, Liz Dempsey, as she and I both returned from our vacations to countless emails, voice mails, regular mail, and other messages. It’s clear that the 2007-08 school year is off and running…” Read the letter.

Annual Fund
More than $1.4 million were raised at the close of the 2006-2007 Annual Fund on June 30. Annual Fund contributions are the single largest source of yearly income for the School after tuition, and Shipley’s continued financial health is dependent on the success of the yearly Annual Fund effort. The funds raised were used to enhance the quality of education for the 870 students in the Shipley community. Thank you very much to everyone who supported the 2006-2007 Annual Fund.
Serve as an Annual Fund volunteer: Responsibilities include signing solicitation letters to your peers twice each year, participating in phonathon sessions (two to three evenings per year), and attending Annual Fund Volunteer Meetings (three per year).
Email Margaret Anne Ritter, Director of Annual Giving, or call her at 610-581-4655 for more information.
