Final Tech Rehearsals
Monday, 4/21, 6:00-9:00 PM
Tuesday, 4/22, 3:30-6:30 PM (snack provided or bring your own to school)
Tickets The tickets for the Friday performance are going fast. If you have ordered tickets and you haven't yet received them, please ask your child if they have them. If there is a question, please ask Mr. Jennings. All seating is open seating and we do not allow parents to save seats until the doors open one half hour before each production. (We make an exception for make-up parents who may be busy right up to the time of the performance.)
Dress Rehearsal Dress rehearsal will take place this Thursday during the school day. Your audience will be the entire Middle School and 5th graders.
The plan:
7th, 8th grade cast and crew: Eat lunch your regular time and then make your way to the dressing rooms at 11:30. Once you are dressed, go to the Upper School Music Room. Your teachers are aware that you will miss 5th period class, but you are responsible for the missed material.
6th grade cast and crew: Instead of going to gym class, eat lunch at 11:25-11:45 and then make your way to the dressing rooms. Once you are dressed, go to the Upper School Music Room.
Arrival Times for Performances:
Friday, 4/25 Tevye, Golde and their family members, including Motel, Perchik,and Fyedka should arrive at 5:45. All other cast members should arrive at 6:00. Change into your costume and then go to the make-up room.
Saturday, 4/26 Tevye and others listed above arrive at 12:45. All other cast member arrive at 1:00.
Sunday, 4/27 Same as Saturday.
Parent helpers during performances Thank you to the many parents who offered to help during the performances. The schedule is below. If you are unable to fulfill your duties, please e-mail Deb Veraldi asap and we'll try to switch you with another parent.
Friday, 4/25, 7 PM performance Make-up application (5:45-6:45PM) - You may save seats ahead of time.|Anderson, Deutsch, Fisher (We are in need of an additional parent to help . . . .???)
Supervision during the performance (6:00-9:00 PM) either in the US Music Room or backstage. Frorer, Godfrey(Clark), Goldman, Jolly (Melody), Krancer (and Dorothy Maddock, Deb Veraldi)
Saturday, 4/26, 2 PM performance Make-up application (12:45-1:45 PM) - You may save seats ahead of time. Gordon, Wylie, Saruk, Unger
Supervision during the performance (1:00-4:00 PM) either in the US Music Room or backstage Mankin, Neilson, Oliveira, Shanis (and Kirsten Small, Deb Veraldi)
Sunday, 4/27, 2 PM performance Make-up application (12:45-1:45) - You may save seats ahead of time. Ingersoll, Goldman, Goldbach-Ehmer, Kimmel
Supervision during the performance (1:00-4:00) either in the US Music Room or backstage Saruk, Unger, Jolly (Bianca), Wylie (and Elizabeth Dougherty, Cookie Angstadt)
Parent Bakers for Concessions The teachers in charge of concessions are Beth Boreanaz and Helen Hamlet. If your child’s name appears on the list below, you offered to help bake for concessions. (Thank you!) Please bake a snack that would sell well at concessions (2-6 dozen) – cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc. If possible, follow the schedule below and drop off your goodie in the faculty room on the Friday morning or bring it directly to the concessions table on Saturday.
