| Super Saturday a Huge Success |
On Satuday, September 29, one of the most beautiful days of the season, armies of Shipley students, parents, and faculty and staff came out to participate in the traditional Super Saturday games and fun. It truly was an amazing community event--the best ever--that allowed us to make a significant contribution to all these worthy organizations…and everyone had a great time doing it. And the sports teams did well, too, that day. 
Super Saturday Raises $7,000 for Worthy Causes
The result was a record $7,000.00 that will be given to four charities:
The Covenant House, a homeless shelter for youth
The ARC of Chester County, which provides support services for people living with disabilities
The Elwyn School, for people living with disabilities
The Braintree School, an African school with which Shipley is in partnership
