How Will It Work?
Winner will work directly with MINI of the Main Line to choose car color and obtain title, tags and registration. Winner will be responsible for associated fees. The vehicle is NOT redeemable for cash. However, the winner can choose to forgo the car and has the option of winning $15,000 in cash.
If I win, do I have to pay taxes on the winnings?
Yes, the winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as car tags, title and registration fees.
What Are My Odds of Winning?
The chance of winning depends on the number of tickets sold, which will not be more than 500. Tickets are $100 each.
When Will The Drawing Occur?
The drawing will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2010, the last day of Shipley Shops. You do not need to be present to win.
How Can I Purchase a Raffle Ticket?
Tickets are available for purchase by check (made out to “The Shipley School”) or online by credit card. You can also contact Alyssa Guers in the External Relations Office (610) 525-4544 or aguers@shipleyschool.org. For tickets purchased on-line or by mail, ticket stub numbers will be sent via confirmation e-mail. Actual ticket stubs may be picked up in person from Alyssa in External Relations in the Brownell House, if desired.
