Upper School Admission Process

List of 6 items.

  • Application Form

We encourage prospective parents to complete our online application with an application fee of $50. As soon as we receive your application, we will contact you to schedule a classroom visit for your child.
  • Personal Interests Form

Students applying to grades 9-12 are asked to complete the Personal Interests Form (Part 2). The Personal Interests Form helps us get to know the student and assists us in arranging a classroom visit host with similar interests.

  • Student Classroom Visit

A classroom visit offers students the opportunity to enjoy a day at Shipley and allows us to get to know your child both as an individual and in a classroom setting. Students applying spend a full day at Shipley visiting classes. We will contact you to arrange your child’s visit when we receive your application.
  • Confidential Teacher Recommendation Forms and School Records
