The Shipley golf team’s first victory of the 2007 season came on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 against Moorestown Friends. Shipley had an outstanding score of 170 compared to Moorestown Friends with a score of 193. Shipley’s Austin Anthony had a team-leading score of 39, followed by Max Kiely with a score of 41. Dan Friedman shot a 44 with David Nichols not far behind with a score of 46. The team hopes to continue its success from 2006 and repeat as FSL Champs.
