·         What is the history of the organization (when started, by whom, for what reason)?

·         What source provides the organization with its primary funding? (Government, private donation, fee-for-service, etc.).

·         How many employees (including volunteers and interns) does this organization have?

·         What is the function of this organization? What is the primary service provided? What other services are provided?

·         Who is served (are there demographic limits to service such as age, gender, race, county of residence, financial status)? How many people are served during a specific period of time (year/month/quarter)?
