Victoria Legrand '99

Victoria Legrand is the voice and creative force behind Beach House, the dream pop duo she co-founded in 2004 that has become one of the most influential acts in indie music. Over two decades and eight studio albums, the band has earned consistent praise from Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and The Guardian, with their records regularly appearing on decade-best and all-time greatest album lists. Their album Bloom reached number seven on the Billboard 200, and Once Twice Melody debuted at number one on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart. Their single "Myth" is RIAA gold-certified, and their music has been sampled by Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd.
