Reflections on your time at Shipley:
I think Shipley has spent the last 14 years preparing me for life. From the time I was little, the School instilled the value of working with others. While this was initially hard for me, as someone who didn't like collaborating or really being around other people in general, it forced me to become more social and accepting of my peers. Overall, this made me a much more interesting and outgoing person.

I also think Shipley did a good job of exposing us to other viewpoints. Whilst it might seem childish from the perspective of a senior in high school, the third-grade Ellis Island simulation did a wonderful job of showing the Lower Schoolers how difficult coming to America was for immigrants.
