How Do I Know If I Have Won?
You will receive a text and email at the end of the auction on Friday, April 12 notifying you that you have won. If you attend the event, you will be able to pick up your items at the end of the night. If not, the Development Office will follow up regarding delivery the next week.
What Mobile Device Should I Use?
We recommend that you use whatever you are most comfortable with. Mobile bidding works with any device capable of accessing the internet.
Can I set a Maximum Bid?
Yes. When you see an item you wish to bid on, simply enter the dollar amount representing what you are willing to pay. The mobile bidding platform will store that amount and increment the current bid to the next highest bid (current bid + minimum raise). The best part is the software will continue to place bids on your behalf until we reach your Max Bid. Once your Max Bid is exceeded, you will receive a text message alerting you that it’s time to consider a higher Max Bid.
NOTE: When viewing items, keep in mind that the Current Bid does not mean that a Max Bid may not already exist. We will alert you if your attempted Max Bid is lower than a previous entered Max Bid.
