Are you searching for a meaningful philanthropic investment? Initiating, renewing, or increasing your Leadership Council membership is an investment in the people and programs that make Shipley great. By enhancing top-notch programs, you help create cutting-edge curriculum. By supporting Shipley’s teachers, you help cultivate faculty-student relationships. By enabling a student’s enrollment, you help chart a future of success.
Your gift matters more at Shipley. In a small school with an enrollment of 835 students and a faculty of 200, your Leadership Council contribution truly touches every individual at Shipley and really does ‘make a difference every day.’ You are also a leader because, in a small community like Shipley’s, you help to inspire philanthropy in others.
Leadership Council membership begins at $1,894—in honor of Shipley’s founding in 1894—and is renewable annually with a gift of this amount or more. In 2011-2012, the 191 donors who gave $1,894 or more represented only 10 percent of all Annual Fund donors yet contributed a remarkable 75 percent of the $1.52M Annual Fund total. These individuals hold the Annual Fund’s success in their hands—this year and every year.
