Admissions Events & Tours

We encourage prospective families to experience firsthand our commitment to educational excellence and our passion for learning by attending an Admissions event or a campus tour. Please note, registration is required for all events and tours.
 

Admissions Tours

Join us for a tour of our campus and learn about all that Shipley has to offer your family! We welcome families for tours all year long. During the school year, Student Ambassadors lead individual tours in the Middle and Upper Schools, as well as small group tours in the Upper School. In the Lower School, small group tours are offered on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. You can email admit@shipleyschool.org if you would like to request an alternative tour time for any division.

    In Shipley’s Lower School, children develop their curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. With a strong academic foundation, students explore in fun and engaging ways, learning life skills like thinking critically about the world around them, developing empathy, and building social and emotional awareness.

Insider's Look Events

Learn more about Shipley at an upcoming Insider's Look event. Attendees will hear from administrators, teachers, and students about what makes Shipley more than a school. Interactive programs will be followed by campus tours.

    Shipley’s Upper School program centers on student choice and voice and focuses on compassionate participation in the world, critical thinking, and creative exploration. Through robust college-preparatory programming and co-curricular activities, we prepare students to make a significant impact on the world. Join us for a conversation with Upper School administrators, faculty, and students to learn about the opportunities in the Upper School and how our students achieve success in all aspects of our program. There will be student-lead tours and breakout sessions following the short program.

  • Arts Insider's Look - Tuesday, October 29

    See how Shipley inspires students to build confidence and pursue their artistic passions at our Arts Insider's Look. You will meet our arts faculty, tour our facilities, and enjoy performances and hear from our talented students. You will also learn about our music, theater, and visual arts programs, where your child can explore various forms of expression, develop creative skills, and have fun. Whether your child is a beginner or an expert, they will find a place to grow and shine at Shipley.
