Turkey Drive Donation
What a wonderful time of year to share our abundance with others! Each year at Thanksgiving, the Shipley community generously provides Thanksgiving meals to families throughout the Philadelphia area. This year, our goal is to distribute 325 Thanksgiving baskets. Each basket includes a delicious turkey, fresh vegetables, stuffing, cranberry sauce and additional items to assist these families beyond Thanksgiving Day.
The organizations we support are: The Breathing Room, Mercy Neighborhood Ministries (Germantown & Tioga), HopePHL (formerly People’s Emergency Center), Fanny Jackson Coppin (formerly The Andrew Jackson School), Overbrook Educational Center, and Ardmore Food Pantry.
We hope you will join us in this act of generosity! Donations of $50 buy a turkey for a family and donations of $100 provide an entire meal to a family. Any level of support is greatly appreciated!!

The Shipley School is a private, coeducational day school for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade students, located in Bryn Mawr, PA. Through our commitment to educational excellence, we develop within each student a love of learning and a desire for compassionate participation in the world.
