Why I Coach at Shipley
I coach at Shipley because it offers a unique experience unlike any I’ve had in my 25 years in this amazing sport. Shipley is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full physical potential, whether that means achieving personal bests, stepping onto the podium, earning the title of champion, or competing at higher levels.

However, our mission extends beyond physical training. Our true goal is to create thoughtful, disciplined leaders who can effectively respond to adversity while functioning within a team context. Running serves as the ideal platform for developing these qualities, and Shipley provides the perfect environment to turn these ambitious goals into reality.

Program Highlights

  • FSL individual champions in 2024, 2025, Girls' & Boys' FSL Champions 2025
  • Numerous runners receiving All-State honors
