FALL FEST
Held each fall on our campus, Fall Fest brings together the adults in our community for an evening of seasonal fun, featuring live music, food and drinks, exciting auctions and raffles, and opportunities to connect with fellow members of the Shipley community.
About Fall Fest
Proceeds from Fall Fest benefit The Shipley School and its programs, helping to strengthen offerings across academics, arts, athletics, and student well-being. Whether you’re bidding on unique auction experiences or enjoying time with friends under the fall sky, this annual event highlights the generous spirit of our community and the impact we can make together.
Fall Fest is a chance to gather, celebrate, and make a meaningful contribution to the School we love. Details on registration, sponsorship, and ways to get involved will be shared as the season approaches.
Fall Fest FAQs
What is Shipley's Fall Fest?
It’s our biggest fundraising event of the year! Think “Slightly Elevated Back Yard BBQ” but make it autumn. We’re talking live music, BBQ dinner, cocktails and mocktails, craft beer, soft drinks, and fall-themed fun. This is one of only two fundraising events for Shipley this year.
Is this event outside?
Yes it is! Join us at the Wolfson Athletic Field Complex to see our Upper Campus transformed for this special evening under a heated tent and twinkling lights on the turf.
Are the kids invited?
Not quite! Fall Fest is a special night out just for adults. This is your chance to relax, kick back, and leave the kiddos at home.
What’s the dress code?
Here’s the best part: It’s casual! Whether you’re rocking your favorite flannel or pulling out your most-loved sweater, the choice is yours. Sorry, no heels though — the athletic teams will thank you!
Will there be live music?
You bet! We’ve got live music to create the good vibes.
What are Gator Gifts?
So glad you asked! Gator Gifts are one-of-a-kind experiences and services donated by our very own Shipley colleagues. These gifts of time and talent will be available for you to bid on at Fall Fest.
What’s the deal with the raffle and mobile auction?
Two ways to join in, and both support Shipley! The raffle features an Eagles ticket package, a Flyers ticket package, and a dermatology gift certificate. Tickets are $25 for a single raffle ticket, or $100 for five raffle tickets, and you must be present at Fall Fest to win. The mobile auction is open to everyone, whether you’re under the tent or at home. Bid from your phone on Gator Gifts and Silent Auction Items. |
Do I really need to attend?
Absolutely! Fall Fest isn’t just about having a great time—it’s also about supporting our amazing school. The funds raised are critical to providing the top-notch education and experiences that help our students thrive. So, grab your tickets, join us for some fun, and know that your night out is making a real difference.
If I can’t make it, is there any way I can still support the event?
We hope you can make it, but if not, there are definitely ways you can support the event! Through our ticket page you can purchase a ticket for a Shipley colleague or make a gift to the School. You can also participate in the mobile auction from no matter where you are!
