Erika Griffin White ’98

Erika Griffin White ’98 is one of three members of her family to attend Shipley; her sister, Tiffany Griffin, was Class of 1994, and her nephew, Shipley lifer Xavier Griffin, is Class of 2021. While Erika was a student at Shipley, she served as the President of the BSU and her mother, Sharon Griffin, was one of the founders of the Multicultural Parents Association. Erika joined the Alumni Council in 2018.
Erika is currently the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Program Manager for Pennoni. Previously, she had been Diversity Manager at the Pennsylvania Convention Center with SMG Entertainment and Senior Diversity Coordinator at Ballard Spahr law firm. She is also Co-founder of the Philadelphia Diversity Professionals Consortium.
