Military History because it's very important and relevant to today's world, where we get to learn about the history and connect it to the current state of the world.

What was your most memorable experience at Shipley?
My most memorable experience at Shipley was getting to spend time with the soccer team, and all the great moments with the soccer team.

Complete this sentence: Shipley has prepared me to…
Shipley has prepared me to be a leader in the world and not be afraid of any endeavor.

How has Shipley encouraged you to take risks?
Shipley encouraged me to take risks not only in academics or sports, but in the world beyond, by instilling a strong work ethic and a growth mindset. They taught me that with the right attitude and determination, challenges become opportunities to grow.

Please write a short reflection on your time at Shipley and what it meant to you.
My time at Shipley has shaped me in ways I’ll carry for the rest of my life. Beyond academics, Shipley has taught me to think critically, act with integrity, and approach every challenge with both courage and compassion. The community pushed me to grow — not just as a student, but as a person — encouraging risk-taking, resilience, and kindness. I’m leaving Shipley more confident in who I am and more prepared for whatever comes next, grateful for the people and experiences that made this journey so meaningful.
