Shipley Baseball Captures 2025 FSL Championship
The Shipley boys’ baseball team won the Friends Schools League (FSL) Championship on May 14, defeating Friends’ Central 4–2. The victory marks the Gators’ first league title since 2019 and their sixth FSL championship overall.
Left-hander Hunter N. ’26 earned the win on the mound, with freshman Nikhil M. ’28 closing out the game for the save. Danny B. ’26 anchored the infield and contributed on the mound throughout the season.
Head Coach Bryan Bendowski praised the resilience and depth of this year’s squad, noting that many key players will return next season. With a strong core in place, the future of Shipley baseball looks bright.
