GOAL 5: ACCOUNTABILITY
Regularly review Plan strategies and tactics to ensure the effectiveness of these initiatives in both the near- and long-term.
5.1 Develop and evaluate a confidential, centralized process for the reporting of incidents relating to personal safety, including any incident that impacts a person’s identity, such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, ability, age, or any additional cultural identifiers.
5.2 Administration will regularly review Plan strategies and tactics to ensure the effectiveness of these initiatives in both the near- and long-term. Administration will regularly share such updates with the Board of Trustees.
5.3 Analyze and provide necessary updates to the School’s Handbook regarding policies involving issues of identity.
5.4 Evaluate and implement a strongly-enhanced system of accountability for all members of the Shipley community regarding incidents of identity.
