    The Shipley Spring Auction, will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023!

Spring Auction Volunteer Opportunities

This event would not be possible without the many volunteers who promote the Auction within the Shipley community, help out with invitations, acquire item donations and sponsorships, and transform the gym according to the year’s theme.  

We need your help! Please sign up here for one (or many) of the volunteer areas or contact Josie Burri at events@shipleyschool.org for more information.

Acquisitions

Do you like to shop locally? Have a favorite restaurant? Help solicit auction items by reaching out via letters, email, and in person to gather items for our auction.

Engagement

Be part of the engagement committee and help us with personal outreach to encourage members of the Shipley community to attend.

Decor

Do you like to decorate? Help us come up with ways to transform the gym into our Prom theme with centerpieces, balloon arches, and other creative ideas that you can come up with.

Office Support

Help the development team with various office tasks throughout the auction process including envelope stuffing, invitations, and nametags.
